In the field of professional service marketing, Mindy Ferrentino Wolfle personifies that winning combination of professionalism and personal drive. A true "multi-tasker" and a resourceful, creative thinker with a roll-up-the-sleeves attitude, she is a leader in her field. Ms. Ferrentino Wolfle was named Outstanding In-House Marketing Department Executive for 2003 by the Long Island Ad Club and Long Island Business News, and was a finalist for the award in 2002. She was recognized by the International Association of Business Communicators in June 2002 when she received the organization's "Achievement in Communications Award," honoring her exemplary professional communication skills. Also in 2002, Ms. Ferrentino Wolfle was named one of the Girl Scouts of Nassau County's "90 Women for 90 Years," an Honor Roll established in recognition of women's contributions to Girl Scouts and the community. In 2001, Ms. Ferrentino Wolfle was presented with a Leadership Award by the National Multiple Sclerosis Society for her outstanding contributions to Long Island's business and civic communities.
A practitioner of "integrated marketing," Mindy Ferrentino Wolfle established her own consulting firm, Neptune Marketing LLC, in January 2005, after serving as the Long Island Regional Marketing Manager at Nixon Peabody LLP, a national law firm with offices in fifteen cities with over 650 attorneys practicing in more than a dozen areas of the law. According to Ms. Ferrentino Wolfle, "The entrepreneur in me has emerged. I have been planning this transition for the last year and am delighted with the response I have already received." Ms. Ferrentino Wolfle's consulting practice has been set in motion by primarily focusing on project work and on providing short-term solutions, with long-term results, for entrepreneurs, professional service practitioners, their related industries, and the not-for-profit community. Her background includes marketing operations; internal and external communications; public relations; the creation of proposals, white papers, executive summaries, presentations and collateral materials; fiscal accountability and budgeting; the development of marketing and business plans; market research and analysis; special event planning; working collaboratively with professionals and various organizations; networking; and advertising. During her tenure with Nixon Peabody, Ms. Ferrentino Wolfle was responsible for the firm receiving Family and Children's Association's LIFFE (Long Island Family Friendly Employer) Award Winner.
Ms. Ferrentino Wolfle previously served as the first Marketing Director for Meyer, Suozzi, English and Klein, P.C., a prestigious, nationally-known law firm with offices in Long Island, New York City, Washington and Albany. There she instituted the firm's inaugural in-house marketing initiative, which included strategic planning; brochure creation; website management; practice group-focused communications; attorney biographies; and a coordinated, successful public relations and advertising campaign. She was responsible for the firm being named a Business of the Year by both the Chamber of Commerce Regional Business Partnership and Business LI Magazine.

Earlier, Ms. Ferrentino Wolfle was the Marketing Director for the Long Island and New York City accounting and consulting firm of Marcum & Kliegman LLP, which followed several years as Marketing Manager and Practice Administrator for two small Long Island law firms. On a completely different note, Ms. Ferrentino Wolfle spent the first eighteen years of her career as an examiner and supervisor for the Nassau County Department of Social Services, establishing her personal focus on human and community service. Her first positions in the private sector encompassed a six year stint in health care marketing and operations.
Ms. Ferrentino Wolfle is known for her persuasiveness, spontaneous sense of humor, deep concern for those in need, superior public speaking skills, and her ability to make connections among her vast network of associates and friends. Her prominence in her field is a direct reflection on her professionalism, business acumen, enthusiasm, energy, creativity and leadership ability. She has cultivated strong relationships with local media and press, and is well known in the Long Island business community for her civic, professional and philanthropic involvement.
Ms. Ferrentino Wolfle has created several internal marketing newsletters, as well as three highly praised seminars.
Ms. Ferrentino Wolfle was a founding Board Member of the United States Women's Chamber of Commerce, New York Affiliate, and was chair of the organization's Diversity Council on Long Island. She is the creator of the Chamber's Diversity and Cultural Awareness Awards, the only such event on Long Island. Ms. Ferrentino Wolfle is actively involved with many business organizations, including the Hauppauge Industrial Association, the Long Island Association, the Long Island Coalition for Fair Broadcasting, and the Advancement for Commerce, Industry & Technology, Inc. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Public Relations Professionals of Long Island (2004-2005), a former member of the Board of Directors of the International Association of Business Communicators (2003-2004), and is a member of the Press Club of Long Island/Society of Professional Journalists, the Legal Marketing Association, the Public Relations Advisory Board of the Long Island Alzheimer's Foundation, and the Long Island Women's Agenda. She is also a member of the Awards Breakfast Committee of the Long Island Fund for Women & Girls. Ms. Ferrentino Wolfle served four terms as a Vice President on the Executive Board of the Long Island Center for Business & Professional Women, and is a former member of the Center's newsletter editorial board. She was the co-chair of the Center's annual Achievers' Awards Dinner from 1999 until 2001, and was named the Honorary Dinner Chair for the organization's 2002 Hall of Fame event.
